I remember my mother once told me… be polite and nice to others.
Well this is an example of why manners matter:
At a Coffe shop:
“Being educated, makes the difference”
One coffe: $40
One coffe please: $30
Good Morning, one coffe please: $20
What’s your pick?
Who cares about Violets!!
Today in Mexico is mothers’ day. Making this extensive, congratulations to all mothers in the world!
Sunset seen from my classroom when at Corporate Finance class. Neat! I didn’t get the lecture but I got the sun.
Random chairs… Just like random people…
Give it a thought.
A friend of mine went to Tokyo and gave me this Daruma doll. It is supposed to be a talisman of good luck to the Japanese and seen as a symbol of perseverance.
The eyes of Daruma are blank and oversized as a means to keep track of goals or big tasks, to motivate me to work to the finish. I have to fill in ONE eye upon setting the goal, then the other upon fulfilling it. So, whenever I see my one-eye Daruma I wll remember my goal…
..and it is said that I will give Daruma full sight once I have accomplished it. So now, I have a little friend that will remind me of the goal that I have set… at the end, it will have more than two eyes! :)
Mountain Biking is a passion I have. Getting away for a day or two into the forest is a stress relief. Most of Mexico has a lot of mountains and hills and there are several parks where to go out. This is my bike and car at the Desierto de Los Leones.
