This monument is located at the Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and Convent of Santo Domingo on Av Belgrano and Defensa street.
Although the Dominicans occupied the site of the current Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and Santo Domingo Convent from 1606,1 it was not until 1751 that the current building designed by the Turin architect Antonio Masella began to be erected.
