Big Ben will be under restoration until 2022. It doesn’t look like this now at all, it will be prettier though!
Four year of refurbishments for around 29 million pounds, London will not be my first place to visit soon, but the second.
By the way, I have noticed that W o r d p r e s s algorithm is working not on my favor and things they used to have are there no more, like the Daily Challenge among other things.
It is striking how after some years we have come to realize that we are the “product” when we get things for free, like social media. Either way, don’t mind me, I post for fun not for fame.
I do not recall having seen a title for this work, but it represented broadcasting to the world. As you can see, information, noise, music, newscast, etc invade our space and unconsciously may influence our opinion, our beliefs as long as you don’t have a critical opinion of your own balancing somebody’s ideas with your own.
This work is at the Tate Modern, London Museum
Just last year on October I visited London. As comparison with my previous visit I took the time to see many of the museums the city has to offer, which by the way are plenty. Fair to be said London is considered to have the biggest number of museums and most of them are entrance-free. Mexico City is the second city in the world with that many museums.
This time was the Tate Modern, which holds many of the international modern art there is.
Who Owns What
A not so classic take of the Tower Bridge.
I was told not to go to Stonehenge, acquaintances from work, tourists, and locals.
I had already lost my tour since I misplaced my printed ticket and I was told to get another at the tour office. Which tour office? I didn’t find the office and the bus left without me. Later I would find out that they were sorry they left me because I was, indeed, on the passenger list. It would be until next week, on a Saturday that I could take the tour again. I was hesitant.
I was pondering the comments I received about Stonehenge, the fact that I would be going by myself, I was going to miss the activities I had planned for that day, and at the end that place was just a bunch of stones placed next to one another and some on top.
Living in a country full of pyramids, I had to take back my statement about Stonehenge being only a tiers of stones. From my state of being at that moment, Stonehenge was more than what I was told, I was really moved by being there. I don’t regret it now and for sure I will be back.
At Saint Paul’s Cathedral, London.
The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London.
I really enjoyed the ride.
On the South Bank, along the Thames.
