The defibrillator is at the cafeteria where I work. I guess many offices have them. I used to do most of my work on the field, outside so I didn’t have the chance to see one.
This is really about the reflecting image of a vending machine on the glass. No wonder there is a defibrillator handy. And if we were to take care less of ourselves each time, what will be next to that in the future? Would we let it happen?
For the last 2 or 3 months I have learned that your life is the result of your thoughts… (give me the benefit of the doubt, ok?)
Many times our thoughts are just…confusing… Shapeless…unclear.. weak… but they are there.
As once I heard, when we exercise going back and forth to a thought, it becomes more defined and then we start to believe in it.
Just like this photograph that looks with odd shapes, lines and curves going up and down… with shades of gray..
Then, we believe in what we think. We can explain to our friends and loved ones, but that image looks blurred to others still , and that is quite simple, it is our thought shaped for us, and for us to understand and have a meaning…
it matters not that much if a vision shared is understood… or not.
What it matters is that our thoughts, our shapes, our beliefs are for us to care deeply for. We are the masters of our lives. One or two others may see what you see, but only you will feel it yours.
You create what you think. Think nicely and nice things will come your way.
After an injury about three months ago, doctor let me go mountain biking at last. I missed it so much!!
Mexico City is in a valley, so there are lots of mountains were you can do this sport.
I got my elbow injured and had to go to therapy. I fell at my doorstep! unbelievable!
I was doing some street photography and when this skater saw me at the distance, started posing. It took me by surprise! Then I thought about all the things one can do and enjoy, and of course, why not adding some attitude to what you are suppose to like doing?
So, show attitude at what you do!
I went to the gym the other day. I was talking to the lady on the front desk and as I turned around I saw all this people leaning on each other. What is it? I asked. Yoga class, she replied.
I am not really into yoga. Seen these people made me wonder about trust, confidence, letting go… So well, yes, we should all be taking yoga if we can give in and be ourselves just like that. Unfortunately my business experience with clients and work associates even some friends is far from being that close, and I bet these people don’t even really know each other!!
How much could one give to another person if we would only have an excuse?
I am still wondering if I should talk to the guy that works with me that likes gossiping all the time about my personal affairs… perhaps I just need to grow up a little bit so I just won’t care.
